329/365 - Holiday Carrots

Today I made these carrots for Thanksgiving. Kristen's mother-in-law gave me this recipe years ago. My family really likes them. I usually only make them on holidays as they take some time to make, but are SO worth it (even I eat them and I don't like cooked carrots!).
