This is one of my favorite memories of her. It was the summer of 1966 and we had rented a cottage at Misquamicut for a week. I had a transistor radio, and the song "Wild Thing" played on the radio a lot. My cousins, Donny and Bobby loved that song and Ettie used to sing the beginning of it, "Wild thing, you make my heart sing, you make everything groovy." We all used to love it when she did that. She was so much fun!
