Today Kristen brought over a knitting book that a fellow knitter at her knitting group from Web's wrote, 2-at-a-time Socks. Kris was a sample knitter for one of the socks featured in the book. The author, Melissa Morgan-Oakes gave this book to Paul and me.

Also, a new knitter has hit the scene. Her name is Marley, and this is her first attempt at knitting. She tells me she is making a scarf for her friend Meghan for Christmas.

WOW!!!! I am impressed with Kristen's socks. They are really BEAUTIFUL. And how awsome to be mentioned in a book.
