A scrapbook page from 2012 - Build A Bear for Marley's and Mason's birthdays
These two pages are basically the same, except for the journaling on the second page. These are to go into Marley's and Mason's scrapbooks.
This is Marley's -

Dot's Restaurant in Wilmington, VT
On the day after Thanksgiving Paul and I took a ride to Wilmington, Vermont and went to Dot's Restaurant.
Dot's was destroyed in Hurricane Irene in August 2011. They had to totally rebuild and finally opened again in December 2013.
This was the first time that we had been there since their re-opening. The food was as good as we remembered!

Throwback Thursday - Thanksgiving in the '50's
Oh my, how times have changed.
How many men eat Thanksgiving dinner in a dress shirt and tie anymore, especially in their own house?
My grandfather is on the far right. I remember him as a t-shirt and flannel shirt kind of guy. Not on Thanksgiving, I guess. The guy next to my grandfather is my Uncle Bob, and then my aunt Ettie. The couple next to them were friends of my aunt and uncle. I can't remember their names.
I'm so thankful to have these old pictures; slides that my aunt Dot took.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

The little crib
This is the sign Paul put on it.
This little crib has seen a lot of use. Paul's grandfather, his mother, Paul, Kristen, Mark, Mason and most recently Miriam have all slept in this crib. Marley didn't because she was born in Ohio and it wasn't practical to get the crib out there.
So, for now, it will be packed away in Mark's attic for the next generation.
Goodbye for now little crib.
